The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Program from the Leadership Development Institute at the UCI Paul Merage School of Business leverages the unique blend of a leading business school and unparalleled expertise within the healthcare sector. The nine-month immersive learning journey is focused on providing the mindset, skills and frameworks required for you to succeed as a chief nursing officer or chief nursing executive, from strategy and change management to driving organizational effectiveness and leading teams effectively.
